Deactivate WhatsApp channel and the dedicated phone number

If you wish to stop using the Dedicated Number for WhatsApp marketing and release the phone number, please contact us at support@hextom.com. We will contact the service partner to remove the registered phone number. It usually takes a couple of hours and once the process is complete, we will notify you via email.
